1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PSX Market Portal ("the Portal", "we", "our") at psx.visapathway.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Portal immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, whether registered (account holders) or unregistered (guest visitors). Use of specific features such as Portfolio, Alerts, and Reports requires creating a registered account.

2. Nature of the Service

PSX Market Portal is an independent, privately operated financial data aggregation and analytics platform. It:

• Is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Limited
• Is NOT licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
• Does NOT provide financial advice, brokerage services, or investment recommendations
• Does NOT execute or facilitate any securities transactions
• Is a personal project built for informational and educational use

3. User Accounts

To access features such as Portfolio Management, Price Alerts, Watchlists, and Reports, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful registration information (name, email, phone number)
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential
• Be solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for automated/bulk data harvesting without our permission.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, harvest, or copy portal data in bulk via automated means without explicit written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin areas, other user accounts, or backend systems
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use this portal for market manipulation, insider trading, or any activity prohibited under Pakistani law
• Redistribute or resell portal data or alerts commercially without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the portal

5. Financial Disclaimer (No Investment Advice)

All data, analytics, reports, alerts, heatmaps, EPS figures, dividend data, and any other content on this portal are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this portal constitutes:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• A solicitation of any financial product or service
• Professional investment advice from a licensed advisor

You acknowledge that investing in securities involves significant risk including the risk of loss of your entire principal. 6. Data Accuracy & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we provide no warranties that:

• Market data displayed is real-time (it may be delayed by 10–15 minutes or more)
• Dividend, EPS, or corporate action data is complete or error-free
• The portal will be available 24/7 without interruption
• Data scraped from external sources is accurate at all times

The portal may experience downtime for maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events. We are not liable for losses arising from portal unavailability or data inaccuracies.

7. WhatsApp Alerts Service

By providing your WhatsApp number and enabling alerts, you agree to:

• Receive automated WhatsApp messages based on your configured preferences (price targets, volume spikes, announcements)
• That alerts may be delayed due to technical conditions on our servers or WhatsApp's infrastructure
• That we are not liable for missed alerts or alerts delivered at incorrect times due to system latency
• Not use the WhatsApp alert service for any illegal purpose

You may disable WhatsApp alerts at any time from your account settings. We do not share your phone number with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The portal's design, layout, code, custom analytics, algorithms, and written content are the intellectual property of PSX Market Portal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from portal content without explicit written permission.

Market data sourced from PSX, DPS, and other public sources remains subject to those sources' own terms and conditions.

9. Advertising

This portal may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other ad networks. These advertisements are clearly presented as ads. We do not endorse any advertised products or services. Ad content is automatically selected by Google based on page content and your browsing activity (see our Privacy Policy).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PSX Market Portal and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Financial losses arising from reliance on portal data or alerts
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from portal downtime, data errors, or delayed alerts

Your use of the portal is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
